On Flexys’ web pages, we collect data regarding user traffic and their interaction with the pages.
We inform about this, as Flexys is required to comply with the EU’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), effective from May 25, 2018.
Our pages have functionality that will only work with the tracking technologies listed below. You can always disable these technologies in your browser, or block them. However, be aware that without cookies or similar technologies, you may not be able to use all of the features of the pages.
We use Google Analytics to collect the users’ traffic on our pages. This data is collected to gain an insight into how users interact with our pages, as well as how they find them. This helps us improve the pages.
All data collected through Google Analytics is anonymous. This is done using IP anonymization, which means that a specific user can never be identified directly. Read more about how Google anonymizes the user data here.
We also use a number of third parties to process personal data. These third party companies are all compliant with EU’s General Data Protection Act (GDPR).
How long we keep your data depends on what we use it for. In case of Google Analytics, the collected data will be automatically deleted after 26 months.
You can contact us using the contact information below at any time if you want your data deleted (as per GDPR’s “Right to Access” and “Right to be Forgotten”) and we will respond as soon as possible. The length of time it will take depends on your request, but we will as far as possible attempt to comply with your request within a month.
